Re-building Hope, One Stitch at a Time

During violence in Manipur, countless families have lost their homes, shops, and livelihoods to violence. Now living in camps, women—once shopkeepers’ wives, builders, and entrepreneurs—are fighting to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Crochet isn’t traditional to Manipur, but these women have turned it into a lifeline. Each handcrafted doll is a symbol of strength and hope—a step toward going home. 85% of profits go directly to them, helping feed families, educate children, and restore what conflict has taken away.

When you buy a doll, you’re not just purchasing art—you’re preserving dignity, empowering women, and joining a movement to rebuild lives, stitch by stitch.

Shop with purpose. Bring home a story of resilience.

“Every time I hold a crochet needle, I remember my home. Every doll I finish brings me closer to going back home.” —A displaced mother, Manipur

This initiative has been started under the guidance of Justice Gita Mittal Committee and supported by the Manipur Admininstration.
